Overview
As a Low-Voltage Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various low-voltage systems, such as security systems, access control systems, and audio/visual systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, and repair low-voltage systems, including security cameras, access control systems, fire alarms, and audio/visual equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to low-voltage systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent service.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
Technical certification in low-voltage systems (e.g., NICET, BICSI) preferred.
Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
